1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

What does this warranty cover?

This One Year Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased directly from 2XSR™ website. It covers any defects in material or workmanship made from 2XSR™.

What does this one year warranty not cover?

We designed our products built for you and, built to last. We know our products will be used and abused by you but please do not take advantage of this notice.

If we determine it was a customer’s damage, we will not replace it and there will be no refunds or exchanges.

Our products are water repellent and not water proof. Please only water.

Salt water will cause rusting of metal objects which will not be covered.

Please only use track, grass, sand and soft surfaces when using 2XSR™ Sand Training Bag as a sled. We will not cover any damages caused by other surfaces.

What will we do to correct problems?

2XSR™ will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What do you have to do?

You must first contact us to determine the problem, send pictures of the suspected defects and the most appropriate solution for you. If the product falls under the One Year Limited Warranty listed above, we will send you a shipping label to send to our warehouse in Canada.

 

Return Policy

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase directly from 2XSR™ website. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for shipping. 
Returns are subjected to a 10% handling/restocking fee.
There are no exchanges at this time.
